Booking Policies
Our endeavour is to provide customers with a professional and prompt service. This is why Car Refresh has built a strong reputation here on the Gold Coast and Tweed Region. With more of our clients requesting a car detail on a regular basis, this sees us usually booked in advance by at least one week. Please be assured that we will make your appointment for the first available spot on a day and time of your convenience. We believe that having your vehicle detailed by Car Refresh will be worth the wait.
Note- Car Refresh will not book in jobs that have a potential health hazard e.g. vomit or
contaminated food!

Arrival and finish times
Arrival and finish times can vary a bit. You will receive a call a couple of hours in advance to tell you if we are running a couple of minutes late or if we are early for the job.
Finish times depends on the vehicle condition with some cars taking 4 hours to finish.
Rainy days
Unfortunately we can't work on rainy days unless you have a garage or car park covered. If it's raining on your appointment day, we will book you to the next available spot that suits you.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Invoice will be supplied once the service is done.
